Are you looking at everything as a blessing?

Every contradiction of our will, every little ailment, every petty disappointment, will, if we take it patiently, become a blessing. So, walking on earth, we may be in heaven; the ill-tempers of others, the slights and rudenesses of the world, ill-health, the daily accidents with which God has mercifully strewed our paths, instead of ruffling or disturbing our peace, may cause His peace to be shed abroad in our hearts abundantly.

Are you looking at everything as a blessing? That is what God wants us to do! It is all part of His plan. We need to accept His will be done! He is really guiding us! It is all His plan for us! Today we see so many people full of hate, negativity, and people living in misery. They do not know how to count their blessings. They hate and complain about everything, some with TDS, others impacted by Covid and the vaccine, some harmed and in self-pity perhaps have allowed themselves to fall into an abyss of negativity and hate. They lack God. They do not think about making getting into Heaven their number one priority. Like the quote said above, we need to live as if we are in Heaven, not letting others offend us or bring us down. If you are hated, cancelled, dismissed, mistreated in this life, know when you follow Jesus, reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him we are promised life eternal in Heaven with Jesus! We all have a choice, we can go on hating, sinning, and living in misery, or we can count our blessings, pray, stay positive, loving, and joyful in the Lord and we can have Heaven! I cannot emphasize enough, that if you want to be happy in this life, count your blessings, look at everything as a blessing! I know I do! Even if someone hates or cancels me, it is a blessing, then I do not have to listen anymore to them and their ignorance, lack of intelligence, and hate, that is a blessing for me! Surround yourself with love, with people like Jesus, with the goodness of God and His word! Yes, to multiply your joy, count your blessings!
