Christian life isn’t meant to be easy!

So run, that ye may obtain.

Christian life isn’t meant to be easy! There is hardship in life for sure. When we face loss or death, it is hard, we need to thank God for our blessings nonetheless. I agree with the Mornings with God App today that we need to accept that the harder our struggles, the greater the rewards and honor we can achieve. And no temptation will come our way that’s too much for us to handle—God will always help us overcome it. He always does. People will hate, cancel, and disappoint you, God never will. You just need to wear the armor of God, put up the good fight of faith and love like Jesus anyway! Like Paul, sometimes we need to remember that God has the real plans for us, He may not want me to move to NY now, I have a reason to be where I am in Florida still, He has me here, when the time is right, He will make it all happen or where He wants me to be. Like with Paul, He wanted to go to Asia, though he needed to be there to do his discipleship, but those were not the plans of God for him. We need to listen to God, accept His will be done, let Him guide us, know He has us where we need to be, while it may not be easy, let go and let God!

We just have to keep fighting the good fight of faith, loving all, doing good, and not joining any hate club, or living in ignorance. When you are successful, you are often hated, people are jealous, envious, and insecure, look how they treat President Trump or Elon Musk. In my past job, I was treated this way too, I published a lot, I always had excellent teaching evaluation, many awards, and just did so much and had many accomplishments, I had great success in my career, people were not nice to me because of my success, they hated me out of envy, jealousy, and their own insecurities. Today we see so many blinded by hate, following groupthink, cancelling others, calling them names, being so hateful, negative, and living in misery. We need to learn to not fall into this trap the devil sets up for us, follow Jesus, imitate and love like Him! God gave us the strength that we need for each day and each circumstance. We need to accept God's will be done and follow Jesus! We just need to work hard, love, and keep the faith! Just keep running so that you can obtain life eternal in Heaven with Jesus, make getting into Heaven your number one priority in life! Giving all glory to God!
