The treasures of earth may add to a man's riches, but without Christ, the soul is impoverished!

I read this quote today and it really resonated with me. So many people are consumed by the riches of this world, they care about wealth, material goods, the flesh, their pot, putting on airs, and so many things of this earthly world, yet do not seem to care about their souls. I see it in family, neighbors, old coworkers, acquaintances, friends, etc. You see a lot of people today with potty mouths, every other word is the F-word, and they have to smoke pot and be high all the time. Ironically even at the gym and going to a store, a lot of people, employees and all are high and use the F word non stop. We saw this from a manager last week at the dollar store. A real filthy mouth in front of customers. I just do not understand it at all. So many are so concerned with having a beautifully presented house, pristine and well groomed yard, yet smoke pot all the time and every other world out of their mouths is the F-word, they don't seem to care about their very own image of themselves to others, they act like their house or yard will save them. Today we see so many people without Christ! They do not know how to follow Him! They do not know to reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Jesus, they hate and hate, suffer from TDS, and become ignorant and blinded by their own hate, although some of the fake news too do a good job brainwashing them. But all hate is wrong, unacceptable. I know several people who have this hate and TDS, if you do not join their club of hate, you are cancelled too and called names. They just do not get it, it is about loving all like Jesus, no hate is acceptable. Too many people today have become blinded by their hate, they do not know Jesus well enough to let Him shine a light on them to remove the hate. Yes, they are impoverished for sure. Today we see a lot of people who are illogical, they care more about saving rescue dogs over human lives, babies in the womb. They make so many excuses for sin, trying to justify lawlessness, illegal immigration, crime, drug abuse, hate, and evil overall. They put things of this world over their salvation and Jesus who need to come first. We need to focus on our souls first, live in Spirit, follow Jesus, love like Him, not become consumed by things of this world, or hate, and sin. Are you making getting into Heaven your number one priority? Are you focused on saving you soul? The Bible is very clear what to do and how to live!
