Draw your strength from the Lord and from his mighty power. Put on the armor of God so that you may be able to stand firm against the tactics of the Devil. For our struggle is not with flesh and blood but with the principalities, with the powers, with the world rulers of this present darkness, with the evil spirits in the heavens!

Brothers and sisters:

Draw your strength from the Lord and from his mighty power.

Put on the armor of God so that you may be able to stand firm

against the tactics of the Devil.

For our struggle is not with flesh and blood

but with the principalities, with the powers,

with the world rulers of this present darkness,

with the evil spirits in the heavens.

Therefore, put on the armor of God,

that you may be able to resist on the evil day

and, having done everything, to hold your ground.

So stand fast with your loins girded in truth,

clothed with righteousness as a breastplate,

and your feet shod in readiness for the Gospel of peace.

In all circumstances, hold faith as a shield,

to quench all the flaming arrows of the Evil One.

And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit,

which is the word of God.

With all prayer and supplication,

pray at every opportunity in the Spirit.

To that end, be watchful with all perseverance and supplication

for all the holy ones and also for me,

that speech may be given me to open my mouth,

to make known with boldness the mystery of the Gospel

for which I am an ambassador in chains,

so that I may have the courage to speak as I must.

~Ephesians 6:10-20

Yes, we need to draw our strength from the Lord and from His mighty power. Put on the armor of God so that you may be able to stand firm against the tactics of the Devil. For our struggle is not with flesh and blood but with the principalities, with the powers, with the world rulers of this present darkness, with the evil spirits in the heavens! This so true. We need to wear our armor of God at all times, say the St. Michael Prayer, and know that many today are possessed by demons and that the devil is lurking for souls, so we need to be so careful for sure. I loved this Bible verse from mass today. It really resonated with me in all I heard and saw today in the news and in life.  I heard on the news this morning, they showed a young college student in Texas who wanted to speak at a Turning Point event at the University of Texas in San Antonio, she wanted the freedom of speech to say her poem, but it was a hate poem celebrating the death of poor Charlie Kirk who was murdered last year. She was so proud to brag of his death, even telling the current young man running the event that he should wear body armor too. It was sad and offensive to see, she was obviously possessed to speak so ill and mean of the dead, a person who was Christian murdered for his faith. How cruel can you be? It just goes to show you how evil thought from the left has become. Then to hear what the dem candidate allegedly did to the rep candidate getting and paying another candidate with the same name to run against him to cause confusion for the voting process. It was deceitful and evil, yes, the devil is lurking, many are possessed, and we need to wear our armor of God for sure!  I see it here where I live, people tempting, doing busy body things, trying to instigate, showing their hate, or insecurity, you see it a lot at the gym and supermarket for sure, or when you drive on the roads. We are not fans of potheads, or loud people, f-bombers, or busy bodies. We see a lot of haters, it is hard to understand, like the young girl they showed on the news this morning, so full of hate to speak ill of the dead, especially someone who was murdered who was comparable to MLK Jr. It is all very sad, and we need to pray for all! Yes, I want to speak as I must too, we need to stop al the hate! We need to turn to Jesus! We need to follow Him! To reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him! We need to put all our trust in the Lord, have great faith, turn from all sin and excuses, and be like Jesus so that we have life eternal in Heaven as promised. So many today, they use their power to do evil, to speak evil and hate, to show their real devilish side, it is not nice to see. We need to know the truth, that love always wins over hate. Hate is not going to get anyone into Heaven. We need to love all people! We need to live our lives for God!
