The Lord will teach you the very mystery of faith and obedience; the wisdom, power, love, and goodness of the Lord ordering every thing for you, and ordering your hearts in every thing!
Be of good faith, my dear Friends, look not out at any thing; fear none of those things ye may be exposed to suffer, either outwardly or inwardly; but trust the Lord over all, and your life will spring, and grow, and refresh you, and ye will learn obedience and faithfulness daily more and more, even by your exercises and sufferings; yea, the Lord will teach you the very mystery of faith and obedience; the wisdom, power, love, and goodness of the Lord ordering every thing for you, and ordering your hearts in every thing.
—I. Penington
We need to remember that the Lord will teach you the very mystery of faith and obedience; the wisdom, power, love, and goodness of the Lord ordering every thing for you, and ordering your hearts in every thing! All you need to do is let Him! Accept His will be done in your life! Be obedient to Him! Surrender to the Lord, abandon you ways to follow Jesus! We are called to reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Jesus! This quote above is so beautiful! What a nice message! Will you need our God's will in your life? Will you surrender to Jesus, abandoning to His ways? Will you follow Him? Imitate and love like Him? It is all about following Him! Loving like Him! When we do with great faith, turning from all sin, we are promised life eternal in Heaven with Jesus! Isn't it worth it to surrender to Him? To abandon to our Lord, to accept His will be done with great faith! This is what will save you! While we may suffer in this world, we may die to things of this world, but with great faith, when we follow Jesus, when we love like Him, we are promised something so great, it really is all that matters for us! Don't let people and things of this world fear you, have faith in the Lord! Be of good faith and follow Jesus in this life!
