I love this song! Have an old church choir singing in your soul! Don't let anything steal your joy! That is what the song reminds us of! We need to always remember this!  So often we let other people, work, our government, media, a driver cutting you off in traffic, so many instances when someone can steal your joy! But we need to try to always not let them hurt us or rob us of our joy or bring us down. God wants us to have uplifted spirits filled with joy! He died for us and our sins. He loves us so much! Let's be reminded always not to let anything steal your joy! Then you will really enjoy the blessings of God!
