Blessed When We Have Our Minds Set On Things Above, Not Things of This Earth!

 

 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

-Colossians 3:2

Today so many people are so consumed with this world! This Earth, they want more and more money, material things, tattoos, iPhones, drugs, alcohol, addiction, attention, they seek material and carnal desires so much today and also so much attention from others. Our elected and so called leaders are the worst! They want more and more money, power, control, and domination. How much money do they need? How many millions of dollars, billions? They spend and spend money that is not ours, and have put our country in grave danger with so much debt and such a risk to their future and our safety as a whole. It is hard to trust government and people in charge. So called leaders today go in it for the money with little or no experience or real qualification, that is why all is so mediocre or worse today in almost all in society. This Bible verse is a good one to remind us not to set our minds on anything of this world. Not even our God given bodies. When we go to be with the Lord in Heaven and take our souls there, the body is not as important as it is our minds and soul. We are more blessed when we do not get bothered by anything of this world and stay focused on our Lord in Heaven and spending eternity with Him there, not here on Earth!
