The Only Safe Way to Live is to be Sincere, Genuine, True Down to the Bottom of One’s Heart, God Blessed Grace!

The Mornings With God App today had a nice prayer, Bible verse, and write-up today, a good reminder on how to live your best life! They said, " Christ wants genuineness in His friends and followers. The sin which He condemned most unsparingly when He was on the earth was hypocrisy – men trying to pass for what they were not. There is still a great deal of hypocrisy in the world, and there is still the same need for insisting upon genuineness and sincerity. Jesus shows how useless and unavailing it is to try to cover up things and to seem to be what we are not. There is nothing covered up that shall not be revealed, nothing hid that shall not be made known. People commit sins in the darkness, sins that would blacken their names if they were known. They suppose nobody suspects what they are doing in secret. But some day everything will come out. Even now secret evil works out, and blots and stains the life. The only safe way to live is to be sincere, genuine, true down to the bottom of one’s heart, always as good and true in the secret things as in the most public things of life."  I aspire to all of this. To sin no more, to be a person of goodwill, and to follow the commandments of God and teachings of Jesus Christ! I want to go to Heaven and spend eternity with Jesus Christ! I am not sure many elected, so called leaders, and powers that be will make it, we see so much fraud, corruption, greed, mediocrity, and selfish and self-serving people today in government. Do they not care about their reputations? Do they not want to go to Heaven? It shocks me on a daily basis how so many behave, stealing, hurting their people physically and mentally, showing not patriotism for the country and people they represent. It is sad today to see all the lies and hypocrisy. It is so prevalent. So sad! We need to pray for all of them and for their conversion. I feel blessed to have God in my heart, living by the Holy Spirit, and trying to be joyful with all God shows me!
