Receiving the Holy Spirit, In the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit! We are Called as Servants to Love and Be Joyful, Give all Glory to God!

God receives us as His own! We have seen this in the Old Testament and also now in the New Testament when the Holy Spirit was sent upon us all. We need to receive the Holy Spirit and live by Him! Pray and talk to Him. We have God in us! Through the Holy Spirit! We have a loving, forgiving, and merciful God and we are reminded of this again in this week's readings at mass. The Holy Trinity mass, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, all as one in the Trinity. We need to give glory and praise for ever to our Lord! The second reading today was so touching, " Brothers and sisters, rejoice. Mend your ways, encourage one another, agree with one another, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you. Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the holy ones greet you. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you." If only our governments and so called leaders could follow this advice, we could have a world of peace. They are the biggest problem we face here on Earth. Say nice things to one another, it is so important. We always need to give glory to God! We need to be joyful always, rejoice in our Lord! We need to have a receiving mindset, God wants the best for us, He wants us to be joyful and receive of Him! God gave us His only son, we do not need to perish, we have everlasting life in the Lord, we have His Holy Spirit living in us. I saw part of a song at mass this weekend, it said something like, "come Spirit of love teach me to have a mind like Jesus." We are all called to be more like Jesus, we are called, to love one another, "We are called to act with justice, We are called to love tenderly, We are called to serve one another, To walk humbly with God," I love this song, We are Called. Receive His Holy Spirit and become a true servant to God living joyfully full of His love!

The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity

Reading 1
Exodus 34:4b-6, 8-9
Early in the morning Moses went up Mount Sinai
as the LORD had commanded him,
taking along the two stone tablets.
Having come down in a cloud, the LORD stood with Moses there
and proclaimed his name, "LORD."
Thus the LORD passed before him and cried out,
"The LORD, the LORD, a merciful and gracious God,
slow to anger and rich in kindness and fidelity."
Moses at once bowed down to the ground in worship.
Then he said, "If I find favor with you, O Lord,
do come along in our company.
This is indeed a stiff-necked people; yet pardon our wickedness and sins,
and receive us as your own."

Blessed are you in the temple of your holy glory,
praiseworthy and glorious above all forever.

Gospel
John 3:16-18

God so loved the world that he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him might not perish
but might have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world,
but that the world might be saved through him.
Whoever believes in him will not be condemned,
but whoever does not believe has already been condemned,
because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
