Counting My Blessings, Praying to God, Staying Positive, Loving, and Joyful in the Lord! Live Without Self-Pity!

 

It has been such a nice spring so far. Cooler and so nice at the beach. The colors and all are so pretty and the water is so nice and swimmable. What can I complain about with this life and environment I am in?  I want to be careful not to fall into the self-pity mentality. Today so many do this. They have so much self-pity, are down, negative, hateful, and dwell on their problems and health and all too much. We cannot do this. We need to stop all the self-pity. We need to instead pray a lot for others and the world. I try to turn all into prayer, for friends, loved ones, family, and this broken world and all the problems we see. Praying is such a big part of it. Then comes counting my blessings. It is so critical that we count our blessings all the time. Thank God for all in your life, your faith, family, spouse, home, parents, upbringing, education, this beach, for all the good things, give thanks and be grateful, that is what we need to do at all times. We need to stay positive, it is easy to fall into the abyss of negativity and hate. We see so many today like this. So many become slaves for Satan, following him and being so negative, indifferent, dismissive, and full of hate and derangement. We need to be careful of this. We need to find the love, remember the love of Jesus, try to follow His example and model, be joyful in the Lord, count all your blessings and thanking the Lord for all, joyful in Him. God wants us to be happy in this Earth School journey. He wants us to follow Him, to accept Jesus as our Savior, do what He did, and work toward getting into Heaven to spend eternity with Him in Heaven! We all have a choice in life. We can live lives that are apathetic, on auto-pilot, unfocused, asleep, just not joyful or know that God is in us, we need to remember to live with the Holy Spirit within! Take the good with the bad, but focus on the good, give thanks, love, and be joyful! Steer clear of hate and haters,  negativity, and people who are unhappy and without God. Surround yourself with love, be love, be like Jesus, stay joyful! Rejoice!
