Let God Be Your Sanctuary!

 

He will be a sanctuary, but for both houses of Israel, he will be a stumbling stone and a rock that makes them fall. For the people of Jerusalem, he will be a trap and a snare.

~Isaiah 8:14

We need to let God be our sanctuary! He needs to be our refuge. We need to follow and obey Him. He knows what is best for us. We need to let Him lead us, guide us, instruct us, bring us to where we need to be allowing His will be done in our lives! He is our stumbling stone to work toward being a better person, holy and more upright. God gave us Jesus as our example of how to live, our model for life. We need to imitate and reflect Him! We need to be people of goodwill! We need to realize we are on this Earth School, it is not always easy, we need to turn from sin, not become slaves for Satan and follow Jesus the best we can. When we have troubles, when we need His help, let God be our refuge, let Him be the sanctuary we go to and become for Him!
