Jesus died for us! His cross bears the burden of our sin! It doesn't mean though that we should go on sinning and doing evil and wicked! We are called to imitate Jesus, to follow and reflect Him. God gave us Jesus, Emmanuel, God with us, He wants us to follow Jesus! We need to stop being slaves to our sin and things of this world! We should not bow to things of this world! We will never be alone. We will never be alone as we have another in the fire standing next to us in all our troubles, Jesus, He is always there with us, we will never be alone. Look how he stayed with those three young men put in the fiery furnace in the Book of Daniel, they never died, God was with them, even the King saw four inside, Jesus was there with them, he was with them, they honored God, they would not bow to a king or gold idols, they only would worship God and God saved them in the fire! What a blessing! The song says there is another in the water holding back the sea, look what God did to the Jews in slavery in Egypt, He let them cross the Red Sea without incident. What a blessing and miracle! There will be graves that hold no bodies as the power is within me. We have eternal life with Jesus in Heaven, when we put our full trust in the Lord! See the light in the darkness! It is Jesus! He is the light, the truth, and the way! Nothing stands between us! There is no other name, but that what is Jesus! We will never be alone when we have Jesus in our lives! This song is a great reminder of this!
