No privilege in this world is greater than having God accept and use something of ours!

 

The Lord said unto him, I have heard thy prayer...: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast built.

 - 1 Kings 9:3

I so agree that no privilege in this world is greater than having God accept and use something of ours! God wants to use us. He wants us to do service for Him! That is why He put us all here. To love and serve one another. He has a greater plan, greater than any of us humans can ever really understand. He is calling us to do something for Him for all of this world! It should be our privilege to do anything for Him!

Or someone writes a book, and Christ uses it to carry blessings to many people—bringing comfort in sorrow, strength in weakness, and light in darkness. Instead of making us proud, being used by God should make us more humble. It should cause us to walk more carefully, knowing that God is using us. His seal is upon us. When God told Solomon that He had heard his prayer and accepted the Temple he had built, He was saying that Solomon’s life was now under new obligations. The acceptance of Solomon’s work made his life sacred forever."

It should be our goal to live a legacy of sacredness! To do all for God and the well being of His people and this world! Like the Mornings with God App pointed out above, God uses all of us, to write that great song, prayer, book, sermon, to lead, to love, to make a real difference in this world. When I read this in the morning, I thought to myself, I need to finish my other book I want to have it published. I feel today that God is working through me to do His will, to share His love and the role Jesus should play in our lives so that we can all get to Heaven to spend eternity with Him there. We are all called, called to do something great, He wants to use us, won't you turn to Him? Won't you let God use you like He did with Jesus to make a real difference in this world? He want so use us! Won't you let Him use you?
