~Heart of the Nation Prayer of the Day, April 15, 2025: Prayer on Tuesday of Holy Week

Every day I pray for God's will be done. The Our Father reminds us of this in His prayer. When I say a prayer to St. Anthony, I remind myself again in that prayer about accepting God's will be done in my life. It is so hard! We are confronted with so many challenges each day in this Earth School journey. We see so many selfish people. So much greed, aggression, corruption, fraud, there is just so much evil, sin, and wickedness today. So many make so many excuses for lawlessness, corruption, fraud, greed, selfishness, etc. We only have to turn on the news, walk out the door, go to the gym, drive on the road, go to a store or anywhere in public to see the selfishness, it is all ego, So many are only thinking of themselves, breaking laws, cutting you off, being aggressive, or not thinking about the others around them, loud on their phones, just doing so many out of line and selfish things. I ask God like in this prayer from Heart of the Nation, to give me patience to endure the hate, evil, selfishness, greed, and corruption we encounter, the slaves for Satan come out at all times, may God help me to endure, and have the patience to withstand all the evil. All we can do is the will of God, to follow, imitate, and reflect Jesus the best we can, my life with Yours to intertwine! Help me to not be like that young girl in the red Mazda that cut me off last week or my neighbor talking loudly always using the F word every other word, or the other neighbor allowing their big German Shepherd to go lose all over the neighborhood scaring residents. help me to think of others, be kind, loving, respectful, and considerate, not aggressive, inconsiderate, or selfish at all. Lord, please let me do Your will always! To be a person of goodwill!
