I now understand why Jesus loves!

After hearing this song and living my life for the past almost 62 years, I think I now know what Jesus loves, and especially why He loves sinners so much, so much more than the priests, Pharisees, upright, and so called holy powers that be who think they are so special or elite and better. Jesus called out the hypocritical Pharisees and priests a lot, it so many Bible verses, especially so many in the Book of Matthew. He did not like them testing Him. He knew they knew the law and the information in the Old Book(Torah and Bible) but tested Him and mistreated so many, acting so pious and so much better, although they are really not. Jesus loved sinners! He loved people who humbled themselves and admitted their sins and who wanted to do and be better. The Pharisees already knew, but they judged, lived in fear of someone greater than them, and do a lot, to the point, they had Jesus murdered, killed on a cross, they were so insecure, they used cancel culture like tactics, they were not nice. Jesus knew that sinners were actually better people. They knew that they were sinning, and wanted to improve and be better, they just needed the love and encouragement from someone like Jesus to help them get on a better path. Jesus loves when we admit our faults, our sins, our evil doing, and try to make right with Him, to humble ourselves, and be better people. He does not like hypocrites, we see a lot of them today in society, they judge and hate, are so critical, elitist, they think they are better, their group think way is the only right way, Jesus frowns upon this behavior, it was the same in His time with the Pharisees. Remember in the Bible the priests and Pharisees did not like Jesus eating and hanging around with sinners and tax collectors. We have known a few priests/ministers who you would think should be more like Jesus, but they are not either, they have hate in their heart, indifference, and insecurities, they judge and assume, nothing like Jesus Christ at all. So, now we understand why Jesus preferred to be with sinners! I want to follow Jesus, I know I am someone Jesus loves!
