Do you think that Mary Knew all that Jesus would do? Did she know He would one day walk on water? That He would heal the blind, the lepers, the sick, and raise people from the dead? Do you think she knew Jesus would die for our sins and be the Savior of the world? The King of the Universe? Do you think Mary knew all of this when the angel Gabriel came to her to tell her she would be with child, that the Holy Spirit would come over her and she would give birth to Emmanuel, God with us, Jesus? He is our model, our example of who we need to be. We are called to follow Jesus, called to reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him! When we do with great faith, we are promised life eternal in Heaven with Him and Mary! Do you think Mary knew all of this? I love this Christmas song! It is one of my favorites next to the Little Drummer Boy. Thank you for your music and discipleship. May Jesus come and live in all of us here on Earth this Christmas and may we all begin to follow, reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him! We already know Mary did, she accepted God's will be done to be a handmaid to God.
