Look at no inward or outward trouble in any other view; reject every other thought about it; and then every kind of trial and distress will become the blessed day of thy prosperity. We need to remember to receive every inward and outward trouble, every disappointment, pain, uneasiness, temptation, darkness, and desolation, with both thy hands, as a true opportunity and blessed occasion of dying to self, and entering into a fuller fellowship with thy self-denying, suffering Savior! It is all about Jesus, look at all that He endured! He had to die for our sins! He had to. He was a humble servant to humankind. We need to follow His model, His example. We are called to follow, reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him! Look at all as a blessing, any suffering and trial, it will bring prosperity. Keep the faith! Turn it all over to Jesus, repent of sin, follow Him, then imitate and love like Him! When you do, Heaven can be your reward, be rich in Christ!
