If we want our influence to bring healing and blessing, we need to stay humble, be devoted to Christ, and live full of the Spirit!

That at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.

If we want our influence in life to bring healing and blessings to others, we need to stay humble, be devoted to Christ, and live full of the Spirit! Jesus heals, he cured so much, raised people from the dead. God is a God of miracles! Even Peter and John healed after they murdered Jesus, they had His power in His name! We all can carry a shadow of blessings for others, healing, influence, and so much love like Jesus, that is what God wants us to do, be like Jesus! Yes, if our lives are good and true, our influence will be good.

God gives us power too! When we follow, reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him we have power in His name to do so much! While none of really know the influence we have had on others and in life. I know I was a teacher/professor for almost 40 years. I had thousands of students, so many wonderful ones who are teachers now too. They loved me, I loved them, and did all in love. I won many teaching awards and published over 100 peer-reviewed papers in my career, I did so much, I know my work was influential, even someone yesterday wrote to me asking permission to use my survey/work for their investigations. It is nice to be influential and blessing others, it is all done in love, and I am blessed to have Jesus in my life, I am grateful for my parents to raise me Catholic and to know Jesus, to follow Him, to imitate, and love like Him! We need to live in Spirit!
