Psalm 118 says:  "This Is The Day The Lord Has Made; Let Us Rejoice And Be Glad."

Philippians 4:4 says, “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice!” 

"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” -1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
