We need to remember that Jesus Christ is the King of the Universe! No one else! The King is in the room! I love this song, thank you for your discipleship and this music for our Lord and Savior.  The song reminds me of the Book by H. Armstrong called Mystery of the Ages who speaks on this idea of how Jesus Christ is the true King of the Universe, He is the one in charge of the true church. While we may have Popes, deacons, priests, cardinals, bishops, other elected leaders of countries, and church leaders of mega churches, politicians, all of them may have been elected, appointed, or attained such positions of power, they may seem as heads of churches and governments, but none of them really are in charge. Only Jesus is the true north, the true leader of our Christian Church and universe/world today, He is the King, the leader, the one who rules and is in charge. While governments and individuals may have titles of authority, they really do not have the authority that Jesus has, He is the one who controls everything! I mean everything! Never put any other person on a pedestal, no one, even when the anti-Christ comes along, stand strong, do not allow them to rule you, no person or government can, only Jesus, while we may have to adhere to some laws or rules here, know that the main rules come from Christ, those are what are important. Yes, the King is in the room! Only Jesus Christ really rules! We all know from the past when people rule without God, without Jesus, what a disaster it is, look back at King Nebuchadnezzar in Babylon for example, or Hitler, or some of the socialist dictators today in South America and around the world, who control their people, lie, cheat, steal, and are narco drug lords, and so many today who do so much harm to the people they represent, like big pharma and socialist governments, etc. That is not of God. They try to legitimize sin and lawlessness/chaos, creating fear and control in people. They are not representing Jesus, like some priest or pope are supposed to, we have even seen some bad priests in our time, our old priest we see at the gym where we go, he will not look at you, be bothered with you even if you walk right by him, completely devoid of Jesus as a priest, it is sad to see. That is why we should never put anyone, no humans on a pedestal, only God, only Jesus, we need to know and remember that Jesus is the King of the Universe, He promises to come back and rule for a 1000 years and He will fulfill the promises of God for all the people. Let us not forget, God is in control. Turn all over to Him, He knows what is best for us, His will be done in our lives, not our will, He willed to save President Trump to serve as our president again in the USA for a reason, recall he was shot at twice, people tried to kill him. God is in control. Not humans. Most humans, elected, greedy mega church leaders, politicians, and powers that be are self-serving, greedy, corrupt, and only care about themselves and their wealth, they don't even care about their own salvation. Jesus was our model of how we should live, He is the King of the Universe and He is the only one we should be following and putting on a pedestal. Yes, Jesus, the King of the Universe is in the room!
