God's Protection: Staying on the Side of God and Following Jesus, Knowing Right from Wrong, Being Upright and Holy!

 

The man of God sent unto the king of Israel, saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place.

We need to live with God who gave us a conscious to always do what is right! Today we live in a world like in the past where world leaders are doing many evil things in their countries and against each other. It is in the news daily. It is hard to have any respect for any of them, not many deserve much honor due to their wicked ways and being that most are slaves for Satan today. The greed, selfishness, and corruption today is so apparent and just so disappointing, this world needs our prayers, especially for our elected, governments, and powers that be. 

The Mornings With God App today said, "Nothing is hidden from God. We are told that the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation. Here we have an illustration of this. The Lord knew the plans of the king of Syria to entrap the king of Israel. He made known these plans to Elisha, and he in turn told the king of Israel of the ambush, that he might save himself from the peril. The Bible gives us many such warnings. In such and such paths, it tells us, it is not safe for us to go, for Satan walks there. There is a fable of a wonderful ring which a prince wore, that clasped his finger softly while he went in right ways, but stung him sharply whenever he was in danger of going in some wrong path. That is what conscious does. If only we heeded the warnings of our conscious we should never get into places of danger, save when duty called us there, and then we should have protection, for when God sends us He will take care of us." 

God will take care of us when we follow Him and do as Jesus did when He walked this Earth. He will protect us if we are upright, holy, and walking in the ways of the Lord. Not all do, so they have a lot of problems, most self induced due to their corruption, fraud, and hateful evil ways. The Mornings with God App had a new message today about evil leaders and the prince with the ring, like the Jews do wearing their Yarmulkes to remind them of how to behave and stay on the side of God. We as humans have choices, we can be on the side of good and God, following Jesus, or we can be slaves for Satan and live evil and wicked lives selling our souls to the devil doing his deeds. If we want to go to Heaven and spend eternity in Heaven with Jesus, we need to listen to our conscious and do what is right always.  Be a person of courage, faith, and God! God protects us!
